The production company Velconte Entertainment was founded by producer Leonid Khromov at the beginning of 2020.

The company began to develop its own full-length feature films and short films.

The company later founded two film events. In 2020, the LONG KEY International Film Awards was launched, and in 2021 the ACTRESS UNIVERSE International Film Awards was launched.

In 2022, the company began developing a new international IT Startup (an international streaming platform FOOXOO). The official test version of the project should be launched in 2024 for American, European and Asian audiences.
